DAMAGE
In the event a piece of property is damaged by you, or anyone in your party, due to negligence, accident, or willful act, you agree to replace the damaged property.
EQUIPMENT
Do Not Touch Equipment (Microphone, Computer, PreAmps, etc)
WEATHER
The recording studio is not responsible for issues due to inclement weather, power failures, surges, floods or damage to vehicles.
PARKING
Parking is available at the street. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
SECURITY
For everyone's safety and security, we require all Clients and Guests to provide proof of identification
FOOD & DRINKS
Food and drinks are allowed in the lounge area. NO FOOD OR DRINKS NEAR EQUIPMENT
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
Alcohol is permitted inside the studio in the lounge area
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio. Please reach out to the Sound Engineer/Studio Staff to assist you
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
Illegal substances are not allowed in the studio
Any Client or guests found to be under the influence of any illegal substance, or displaying any behavior deemed unprofessional will be asked to leave
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
